Israeli intelligence officials fear that Iran could have nuclear weapons as early as 2009, according to the Jerusalem Post.  Iran has overcome technical obstacles and is now on its way to producing military-scale uranium within months, officials were quoted as saying.

Officials are also concerned that Iran may be developing a cruise missile capable of evading Israeli anti-missile systems.  A cruise missile could carry a nuclear warhead, they said.
