Three IDF soldiers charged with beating a Hevron taxi dispatcher into unconsciousness were remanded into custody Monday by Colonel Avi Levy, who presided over the hearing.

The IDF officer ruled the three soldiers would remain in custody until their court-martial on the crimes, which Levy termed "severe."
