Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and his wife Aliza plan to leave Jerusalem for a vacation in the north on Monday. The Olmerts will stay in a private cottage, and will travel with at least two other couples—former Shinui MK Etti Livni and her husband Yitzchak Livni, and former Kadima MK Shlomo Breznitz and his wife Tzvia.
Olmert’s Jerusalem office will operate on a holiday schedule during the Passover holiday. Sources in the office said that Olmert would continue to receive updates on crucial matters during his vacation, which will last until Thursday.
