The Israel Football Association court fined Betar Jerusalem for violence by its fans, who poured onto the field at Teddy Stadium in Jerualem before the end of a game, which the referees were forced to end four minutes before the scheduled finish.
The court ruled that the team, owned by Russian-born billionaire Arcadi Gaydamak, was the loser of the game on technical grounds and fined the Betar Jerusalem two points. It also took off four points from next year's games and ordered that five home games be played without any fans.
