An Arab man was arrested on Saturday when IDF soldiers found a knife on his person.  The incident took place near the village of Azoun in Samaria, one of the most common sites of rock and Molotov cocktail attacks on Israeli vehicles.

A second man was arrested in similar circumstances near the village of Bir Zeit, north of Jerusalem.  The two detainees were taken in for questioning.
