Al Qaeda terrorist leader Osama Bin laden issued his second website audio message in two days Thursday, this time chastising the Palestinian Authority (PA) for negotiating with Israel and not carrying out a jihad (holy war) against the Jewish state. One day earlier Bin Laden warned of attacks against the European Union (EU).

It is not known if he still is alive and, if so, where he is hiding, but White House spokesman Dana Perino told reporters, "I know that the intelligence community has analyzed the tape and they do believe that it is the voice of Osama bin Laden."
