Microsoft Corporation plans to invest millions of dollars in a project that will focus on applied research in collaboration with computer science departments at Israeli universities, according to a report by Globes business news service.

The company will open its Israel Innovations Laboratory in Herzliya Pituah, as well as establish a new campus for its current research and development center in the same city.
