(IsraelNN.com) The Legal Forum for the Land of Israel filed a complaint to the Second Television Authority against Channel 10 newscaster Oshrat Kotler, following a political monologue she delivered at the start of last Friday's evening newscast.

Kotler's monologue was directed at Prime Minister Ehud Olmert. She "reminded" Olmert ironically that in the First Lebanon War, Israel set out to get rid of "the PLO – that Great Satan," but wound up negotiating with it and shaking its hand. Kotler went on to predict that the same would happen with Hamas, which - she said - we are also futilely trying to attack with force and refusing to recognize.

"In the end, we will wind up talking with them," Kotler explained. "So we can do it now, before we have sacrificed hundreds of victims in the name of Israeli manliness, and we can do it in a few years after the parade of funerals."
