The Palestinian Authority said Tuesday it arrested a would-be Hamas suicide bomber with plans to commit a terror attack in Israel. The Arab terrorist was allegedly arrested last Friday near Jenin with a suicide belt and a videotaped message prepared for broadcast after the attack. Israel's Shin Bet security service said it was completely unaware of the incident, raising doubts among analysts as to its veracity.

Also on Tuesday, the identities of two of the terrorists who murdered Kiryat Arba youth David Rubin and Achikam Amichai were revealed.  Both of the men, who turned themselves into PA forces for fear of being captured by Israel, are employed by the Palestinian Authority.
