Bereaved father Shlomo Vishinski said Thursday that he had been attacked by a group of extreme-left anarchists. The attack took place while Vishinski, an actor, spoke at a meeting called “Sharing the Burden” in Tel Aviv. The meeting focused on the topic of draft dodging in Israeli society.
Vishinski said that a group of anarchists entered the meeting place and began calling him “Nazi.” One of the anarchists physically attacked him, causing him facial swelling, he said. Vishinski lost his son Lior, who served in the IDF Engineering Corp and destroyed weapons smuggling tunnels.
