Minister of Strategic Affairs Avigdor Lieberman and other members of the Yisrael Beiteinu (Israel Our Home) party plan to visit the Har Homa neighborhood of Jerusalem on Wednesday.  United States Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has asked Israel to freeze construction in the neighborhood.

Palestinian Authority officials have called to freeze construction in the area as well.  PA negotiators are expected to demand a construction freeze during negotiations on Wednesday in Jerusalem.
