Abbas Slams Hamas, Dahlan Calls for Revenge (IsraelNN.com) Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas harshly criticized Hamas on Monday after the terror group’s gunmen opened fire on a Fatah rally, killing seven people and wounding up to 100 more. Abbas called the incident “a heinous crime” and accused Hamas of using “bloody and brutal techniques” against Fatah in Gaza. Fatah strongman Mohammed Dahlan, formerly a senior Fatah terrorist in Gaza, called for revenge, saying, “Victory over those killers will be very soon.” He called those killed in the attacks “martyrs” and urged his listeners not to forget “the martyrs’ blood.” Fatah terrorists accused Hamas of arresting hundreds of Fatah supporters following the attack. Hamas accused Fatah of bringing on the attack by stoning Hamas terrorists who were supervising the event.
