IDF Officer: Israel Can Hit Iran Nukes

An IDF reserve officer with the rank of brigadier general told local reporters in Toronto, Canada, that Israel is capable of striking Iran's nuclear installations.

He reportedly said that an attack against Iran would have to be different from the raid on Iraq in 1981, because the Iranian facilities are located underground.

Senior IDF officers are said to be upset with the officer for revealing such sensitive information. The officer said in his defense that he had been promised that all material would be cleared with him before publication.
