The mayor of a Polish town and Poland's Chief Rabbi Michael Schudrich worked with 20 art students Wednesday to clean up anti-Semitic slogans that were scrawled on approximately 100 gravestones.

The letters SS, initials for the Nazi security Schutzstaffel, were smeared on one gravestone at the cemetery in southern city of Czestochowa following earlier desecration of other graves.
