A new poll carried out by Professor Yaakov Katz’s Maagar Mohot (Brain Base) polling agency among Likud members found that, as of now, Binyamin Netanyahu (62%) is expected to beat Moshe Feiglin (24%) and Danny Danon (13%) in the race for Likud chairman.

The poll also found that 79 percent of Likud voters plan to cast their vote in the August 14 primaries. 62 percent want a right-religious coalition if the Likud forms the next government and 29 percent want a national unity government with the Labor Party.

Uzi Landau, who was left out of the current Knesset due to Likud’s poor showing in the last election, won 82 percent support in a segment of the poll measuring the popularity of Likud members. 78 percent want Moshe Ya’alon and 76 percent, Reuven Rivlin. Silvan Shalom only received the 15th slot, with 43 percent support. Limor Livnat was number 18.
