Security forces operating in Jenin arrested 22-year-old Adham Mahmad Yunis, originally from the Tulkarm area, for involvement in the December, 2005 suicide bombing of a Netanya mall. Yunis drove the suicide bombers to the site of the attack, which killed six people and wounded dozens.
The attack was one of half a dozen suicide bombings carried out soon after Israel turned over responsibility for security in Tulkarm to Palestinian Authority (PA) Chairman Mahmoud Abbas. Tulkarm is located adjacent to the separation barrier within view of Netanya.
Yunis also was involved in sending a terrorist in the failed suicide attack in Bat Yam last February.
