Authorities previously backed down from threats in earlier marches to the site and even authorized the last rally, but this time they have warned that attempts to build there will be considered criminal violations.

Police and army officers have ordered roadblocks to prevent anyone from approaching the area, but organizers have maintained that political manipulations are behind the attempts to stop them.
