Postal workers have agreed to end their sanctions on Tuesday and offer routine services, but branches will continue to close at 3 p.m. Reuven Krazi, representative for the postal workers, said the move is a good will measure towards proposals by the Communications and Finance ministries to conduct serious negotiations.

The sanctions have affected the sorting of mail and approval of vehicle ownership transfers.
