Acting President Dalia Itzik, in her address at the state ceremony for those killed during the Second Lebanon War, took the opportunity to claim that Prime Minister Ehud Olmert failed to follow her advice during the fighting.
Itzik said that she called for Olmert to establish an emergency government for the duration of the war.
