A plea bargain was reached on Wednesday night between lawyers for President Moshe Katzav and state prosecutors. According to the bargain, Katzav will admit to sexually harassing two complainants against him by attempting to kiss them against their will.



Charges of rape made by one of the women will be dropped completely, as will all charges made by a third woman. Katzav’s lawyers stressed that Katzav would not admit to sexual relations with any of the women.
