Israel's Prisons Service Commissioner Benny Kaniak has decided to separate Hamas-affiliated prisoners being held in Israel's jails from Fatah-affiliated prisoners.



The decision was reached based on intelligence reports that prisoners from both sides intended to launch a bloodbath.
