PA Finance Minister Distributes Foreign Aid Funds

(IsraelNN.com) Palestinian Authority Finance Minister Salam Fayyad announced Sunday that he has begun to distribute millions of dollars in foreign aid to PA workers and others.
The money arrived in a bank account listed under the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), the terror organization formerly led by arch-terrorist Yassir Arafat.
Since the Hamas terror organization is not included under the PLO umbrella, funds transfers from the U.S. and other countries are not considered a violation of U.S. anti-terror organizations.
