Palestinian Authority Finance Minister Salam Fayyad announced Sunday that he has begun to distribute millions of dollars in foreign aid to PA workers and others.

The money arrived in a bank account listed under the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), the terror organization formerly led by arch-terrorist Yassir Arafat.

Since the Hamas terror organization is not included under the PLO umbrella, funds transfers from the U.S. and other countries are not considered a violation of U.S. anti-terror organizations.
