Monday's attack on an elite Fatah militia force has brought the return of masked gunmen to the streets of Gaza. Terrorists have broken a new agreement to stay off the roads and renewed roadblocks and took positions on the roofs of high buildings.

Israeli intelligence chief Yuval Diskin stated earlier this week that the militia war between Fatah and Hamas factions is likely to resume.
