United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon called upon the rival terror gangs Fatah and Hamas to cease the rocket fire at Israel. "We find it unacceptable that Palestinian organizations are firing rockets at civilian targets in Israel," he said.



Ki-Moon called upon Fatah and Hamas to stop their fighting in Gaza. At least 14 people were killed in Hamas-Fatah clashes Wednesday.
