Several dozen residents of war-traumatized Sderot will be transported to northern Israel tonight and tomorrow, where they will spend several days in the religious youth village of Hodayot.

The arrangement was the result of an initiative by National Religious Party General-Secretary Shalom Djerbi. "These days, the residents of Sderot deserve rest and calm more than anything," said Djerbi. "I ask the religious Zionist institutions to follow Hodayot, and adopt and host families and individuals from Sderot," said Djerbi.
