“Jerusalem of Gold” will be glowing blue and white Sunday night after Tourism Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch and Mayor Uri Lupolianski switch on special lights installed in honor of the 40th anniversary of the reunification of the Holy City.

The blue and white lights will outline the walls of the Old City as well as other areas as part of the 40th anniversary festival commemorating the reunification of Jerusalem.

The ceremony is set to take place on the roof of the King David Hotel.
