(IsraelNN.com) A group of youths painted several swastikas onto highways in Germany. German police have arrested four young men who they suspect of participation in the vandalism.
Anti-Semitic incidents have been increasing in frequency in Germany over the course of the last few years. Local Jewish officials expressed concern over the frequent attacks, and blamed them on a lack of education.
