Construction of a gas pipeline from Iran to India is bringing the two countries closer together diplomatically. Iran's foreign minister met Wednesday with an Indian minister and spoke about a joint summit with Pakistan.

They said that economic cooperation will be expanded in transportation, engineering and technical services.
