The Derech Eretz Show
Mark is the director of the Office for Israeli Constitutional Law (OFICL), advocating Jewish rights to all the Land of Israel under International and Domestic law and lectures and educates about Jewish legal rights.
From 2002–2006, Mark was INN-TV's news editor, producer, and studio anchor, and he served as the General Manager of Israel Independent TV news from 2006-2009.
Following the use of Holocaust symbols at a protest by members of the Haredi-religious community, lawmakers are outraged and are addressing the possibility of legislation to outlaw the use of Holocaust symbols as a means of protest in Israel.

Mark B. Kaplan explains why on today’s Israelity!

This is a landmark U.S. Constitutional law case, and the outcome will have a far-reaching impact on future diplomacy and legislation.
However, the case ignores a simple fact: The U.S. is already obligated to recognize all Jerusalem as part of the State of Israel. This has been reaffirmed through legislation and Treaty Law around a half-dozen times.
The following are samples of resolutions/statutes mentioned on today's program. I added the bold to highlight important text:
The Government and protestors' behavior has gotten out of hand.
"Shoot the settlers" or "commit ‘price tag' crimes." I never thought this is what was meant by the “Children of Israel.”
Some irresponsible childish people should just go to their room!
