If missiles falling on Sderot and Olmert releasing Fatah killers isn't enough for you, then how about this:

I wrote a few weeks ago about Scott Kennedy, the former mayor of Santa Cruz, California who is the "Middle East coordinator" at the Resource Center for Nonviolence (some call it the "Resource Center for No More Israel"), and his tour group of Israel-haters coming to Israel to gather some more propaganda film footage to show at the RCNV and in many American communities about the horrible genocide Israel is committing against the poor, oppressed Palestinians. Kennedy's RCNV repeatedly holds anti-Israel ISM training events and anything that supports the destruction of the Jewish state.

Israeli security agencies were tipped off to Kennedy's entourage's arrival, with flights and names of those in the group.

Kennedy, just before his last visit to the Holy Land, arranged for the present mayor of Santa Cruz to give the key to the city to a PLO "diplomat" who promptly told those 300 Jew-haters in attendance that Israel is a terrorist state and that the Hizbullah are noble liberators. Then, he organized his Fellowship for Reconciliation group of anti-Israel radicals for a November tour to meet with Arab groups, Israeli communists and anarchists, and to gather photos to make presentations about why Israel must be dismantled to become an Arab-dominated state.

Kennedy's Fellowship for Reconciliation was denied entry to Israel in 2002 due to suspected subversive activities, so it's not like there wasn't a precedent to keeping them out. But the Israeli government, in true Chelm fashion, allowed them in again.

Sigh....

So, what did Kennedy promptly do once inside Israel? He visited Ismail Haniyeh, the head of Hamas in Gaza and the Palestinian Authority leader. He mentioned that the Israeli border control was a little suspicious of him and his group, but they let him go anyway (just like letting ISM subversives in at Ben-Gurion airport even when those security agencies have information about their arrival).

Yup. Even though the US government says private American citizens are not supposed to be in contact or do business with the Jew-killing terrorists of Gaza, Scott and his entourage made a bee-line for Gaza to meet with their allies in Hamas. No problem.

Scott then returned to Santa Cruz and promptly wrote a long article on the RCNV website about what a "kind and thoughtful person" Haniyeh is and how sincere the Hamas is about peace with Israel. Scott even claimed (as missiles tore off the legs of some kid in Sderot and killed a Muslim Israeli woman) that the Hamas only wants peace and is the victim of Israeli intransigence. Scott even bemoans the "1.5 million hostages in Gaza." A strange figure, since Gaza's population is only about one million. It's a funny thing about Israeli "genocide" of Palestinian Arabs. They are always being "wiped out," but somehow their number grows exponentially whenever one of the Arabs, or their anarchist or communist allies, writes about their "right of return."

Kennedy tells people that Hamas has no ill will toward Americans too, despite Hamas videos and statements that America is the Great Satan and enemy of Islam. Hamas terrorists have killed American state department officials bringing Fulbright Scholarships to Palestinian Arabs. Those scholarships allow the recipients to attend American universities - where Scott and his ISM buddies can work with them to indoctrinate the next generations of Americans with the idea that Israel must be dismantled.

Then, Scott insists that the Hamas would gladly live in peace with Israel and stick to a "ten-year ceasefire." Of course, Scott ignores that ten-year ceasefires by Hamas match that recorded in the Koran, whereby Mohammad made a ten-year truce with his rivals until he was strong enough to wipe them out; and he did so, breaking the ceasefire early. Scott doesn't tell American audiences how Hamas has violated every ceasefire thus far within 24 hours by shooting missiles at Israelis.

And, oh. yes, Scott says Israel has never made a peace offer to the Arabs. The deportation of 8,000 Jew from their homes and businesses in Gaza was no peace offer, and the missile barrages that followed from Hamas terrorists and the kidnapping and murder of Jewish soldiers were merely reflections of Arab "goodwill." The Hamas Charter specifies no compromise from murdering and driving Israel's Jews out of "Muslim lands."

Scott does his dirty work in the USA in his constant seminars and programs, where attendees, mostly non-Jews who never read the Hamas Charter, are constantly bombarded with false tales of Jewish persecution of Arabs and even Christians in the Holy Land. Scott explains to them that the Hamas are really nice guys, "thoughtful" and "peaceful" individuals who don't hate the Jews and only mean everyone well. It's those atrocious Israelis who won't make peace. And he even gets into synagogues with his baloney.

If you think this stuff won't do more damage to Israel's survival in the next ten years than all the terrorist attacks, think again. You can fight Hamas on the battlefront, but once enough young Americans are indoctrinated by the likes of Kennedy and his RCNV crowd that Hamas is a great humanitarian organization and that Israel is a rogue state, you can forget all support from the US and watch the wolves gather around even more.

Count on American support waning in the future. Not because Americans hate Jews or Israel, but because they are too busy following how Britney Spears went out for the night without underpants.

Why did the Israeli government let Kennedy and his group into the country? Why was he allowed to visit with Hamas? And why don't the Israeli security services complain to American security agencies about him violating the laws in the US about dealing with Hamas? Curious people concerned about Israel's future want to know - before we find out about Britney's latest escapade.

As you put your children to bed tonight in Israel, be aware there are people in America like Scott Kennedy hard at work seeking to prevent America from being Israel's closest and necessary ally. They seek to stop all aid to your country and they enable the Hamas to kill you.

Kennedy, the wannabe communist, wants your children dead if that's what it takes to get Hamas what it desires - the destruction of your Jewish state. The real question is: What are the Chelmites running Israel thinking when they let this guy and his entourage of creeps into the state and allow him to meet with Hamas?
