Hillary Clinton, who physically collapsed and was whisked away prematurely from 9/11 memorial services, can no longer seriously describe Donald Trump as unfit for the presidency, when he is the last person standing.
Hillary was a Yale-trained attorney. She has been in public life since she joined the House Judiciary Committee’s Watergate staff in 1973. After more than 40 years in and around government, something must be so potentially devastating on her rogue server that she would destroy it, even at the risk of getting locked up for obstruction of justice. She and her staff deleted emails and erased servers they knew were under congressional subpoena. That could be obstruction of justice and destruction of evidence. 18 U.S. Code § 793(f) holds that anyone that exposes national-defense information to an unsecured environment “through gross negligence” is guilty of a felony.
It is improper to argue that Hillary did not violate this law, which does not make allowances for intent.
The FBI is also investigating the Clinton Foundation because it appears to be a criminal enterprise involved in financial crimes, and used as a front for influence-peddling. Like everything else the Clintons touch, James Comey’s FBI is hopelessly corrupted. Comey offered immunity to Hillary’s aides not to facilitate his investigation but to obstruct any further investigation; he allowed witnesses to Hillary’s crimes to serve as her “lawyers;” and he destroyed evidence: the laptops of her aides.
Hillary could be hiding significant matters; however, she could not be proven guilty without proving Obama guilty as well. FBI records indicated that Obama used a pseudonym to conduct communications with then-Secretary of State Hillary over her non-secure email system. If Obama himself had been emailing over a non-government, non-secure system, then everybody else who had been doing the same could evade conviction.
A much bigger issue is whether high government officials can ignore the law and refuse to produce evidence when it is subpoenaed. If they can, then the rule of law, the separation of powers, and the checks and balances in the Constitution could give way to arbitrary rule by corrupt officials that are unaccountable to no one.
This is not the first time Hillary has defied the law to cover up what she had done. When Bill Clinton was president in the 1990s, both he and Hillary developed the strategy of responding to charges of illegal actions on their part by stalling and stonewalling, when Congress or courts tried to get them to produce documents related to these charges. Hillary claimed then, as now, that key documents had disappeared. She and her supporters also used another tactic they used back in the 1990s: It was time to “move on.” As Hillary melodramatically put it: “What difference, at this point, does it make?”
Donald Trump won the Republican nomination without consultants, pollsters and vast campaign and TV ads, with much of the media against him. He raised the Republican primary vote by 60 percent over 2012, becoming only the third person ever to gain the presidential nomination of a major American political party without having first been an elected official, a prominent military officer, or a cabinet member. He pushed policies that voters considered important, which the two parties and the media ignore, primarily, unfettered immigration.
Democrats and their media acolytes routinely boast of their dream of turning America into a one-party state through changing who gets to vote in U.S. elections. Democrats want ever more non-Americans allowed into America so that they and their descendants can tip American elections toward permanent Democratic rule.
Republican elite too have a history of pushing amnesty/open borders: John McCain in 2005, George W. Bush in 2006, Marco Rubio in 2013, etc. In 2014, then-House Majority Leader Eric Cantor lost a primary election because he favored amnesty. In 2016, Jeb Bush wanted to destroy U.S. borders stating that illegal immigration is an “act of love.”
No one has a constitutional right to move to other people’s country. The right of a country to control its borders should be part of its basic guarantee to its citizens. Trump said that when America admits new entrants, they should not be people who hate the country. If elected, he has pledged swiftly to cancel Obama’s ‘unconstitutional’ executive actions, memoranda and orders; pick a conservative replacement for Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia; cancel all federal funding to ‘sanctuary cities’ that harbor illegal immigrants; begin removing the 2 million criminal illegal immigrants from the U.S., and cancel visas to countries that will not repatriate them; and suspend immigration from terror-prone regions until U.S. officials could properly vet their incoming people.
Trump is said to be unpredictable and volatile, but Hillary’s “Russian reset” projected weakness while insulting Vladimir Putin, the opposite of speaking softly while carrying a big stick. Trump’s questioning of NATO’s way of doing business led to renewed promises from NATO allies to fight terror, increase their defense funding, and coordinate more effectively; his wondering if Asian allies might someday build nuclear weapons impelled Japan and South Korea to warn North Korea against further aggressive acts.
Trump expressed concern for electoral misconduct and was accused of promoting constitutional subversion. Americans have been questioning the integrity of election votes since the 19th century: “Corrupt bargain” in 1824, fury over Lincoln’s election in 1860, “Compromise of 1877” for 1876, “Kennedy irregularities” in 1960, etc. After the 2000 George Bush victory, many Democratic politicians called it “selected, not elected.” Hillary also made those “selected” charges against the Bush presidency. In 2004, many top Democrats stated that Ohio votes were rigged and thus cost John Kerry the election. In 2008, Obama warned of rigged elections. In 2016, Hillary, pivoting from the catastrophic contents of her hacked emails, said that Russia was trying to undermine the election for Trump by turning them over to WikiLeaks. According to the New York Times, the FBI investigated Russian role in U.S. election and found no link to Trump.
Hillary’s policies are delusional to Americans whose jobs have been outsourced, and neighborhoods overwhelmed by illegal immigrants. Women have a right to be offended by Trump’s words, but they are more in danger from Hillary’s actions than Trump’s words, and have suffered far worse from Hillary’s actions. Her foreign policy is to wreck foreign countries, then import the millions fleeing her wreckage to America.
The intervention of Hillary and Obama in Libya and Egypt, undermining governments that were no threat to American interests, led to terrorist chaos in Libya and Islamic extremists taking over in Egypt. They pulled American troops out of Iraq when they could have negotiated extending their agreement to stay, despite military advice to the contrary, which led to the sudden rise of ISIS and the seizing of many women and young girls as sex slaves. That is a lot worse than some gross words by Trump, which he had repudiated. Hillary’s disasters as secretary of state, carrying out the Obama administration’s foreign policies, cost many lives in many places, including the American ambassador and others killed in Benghazi, and got American reporter Lara Logan raped in Tahrir Square, Cairo.
American elite are outraged by Trump’s words, and not by Hillary’s record of chronic criminality and perpetual prevarication. Trump’s words are mild compared to what Hillary said about victims of Bill Clinton’s alleged sexual assaults. Bill Clinton has been credibly accused as a serial rapist, with Hillary as his enabler.
Moreover, Hillary’s actions have harmed Americans and her policies are dangerous. George H. W. Bush reportedly said that he would vote for the return of the Clintons to the White House. They got to the White House the first time only because of his breaking his pledge (“Read my lips…”) and his mismanagement of the Republican Party, allowing Ross Perot to fragment the vote.
Joe Biden, who routinely hugs reluctant women, has been boasting of a desire to fist-fight Trump, and Robert De Niro stated: “I’d like to punch Trump in the face.” Meanwhile, alleged sexual predators like Bill Clinton and racist slanderers like Harry Reid have been lecturing Trump supporters on the dangerous consequences of their ignorance. Their hypocrisy does not excuse Trump’s transgressions, but indicates American elite play by different rules than others. Their sanctimonious behavior should be ignored.
Trump has lured Hillary into a frank dialogue over whose side she is on: 330 million Americans, or 7 billion non-Americans; or just in it for herself.
The White House told then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton not to hire Sidney Blumenthal. She put Blumenthal on the Clinton Foundation payroll and sent him emails about security issues at a time when he represented interests that would benefit from the fall of Muammar Gaddafi. She did not turn the emails over. Americans found out about the emails when Blumenthal handed them over pursuant to a subpoena.
Hillary hid and deleted America’s emails. She was conducting the people's business in a manner that prevented anyone from knowing about it. That was intent to deceive and defraud the American people. She jeopardized the U.S. for her own aggrandizement, for her wealth, building an empire for her and her family through a pay-to-play foundation. When she led the State Department, Clinton Foundation donors were given preferential treatment, and the sale of arms doubled, especially to governments that donated millions. She called for a New World Order in which the U.S. has no borders: “My dream is a hemispheric common market, with open trade and open borders..." Countries that admit significant numbers of deadly enemies cannot remain free for long.
Hillary and Obama, who have never used the phrase “Islamist terrorism,” are on the wrong side of the argument. They often put down Trump as “a phenomenon of an expression of certain fears.” They are not completely wrong, but they do not ask why those fears have arisen, and whether some of the fears might be well founded. The people in charge of the West are not impressing voters over immigration, jobs, and national security, so the voters incline to look elsewhere.
A few days before the election, Donald Trump was polling close to Hillary. This could have understated his support. People tend to keep quiet or give dishonest answers to pollsters due to liberal elite calling essentially half the electorate bigots, homophobes, Islamophobes, misogynists, nativists, racists, sexists, etc. Additionally, Israel-focused voters could vote for Trump. American support for Israel is no longer bipartisan. The Democrats do not even try to disguise their disdain for Israel any more. Trump is pro-Israel and has a pro-Israel team: Mike Pence, Rudy Giuliani, Newt Gingrich, John Bolton, etc. Hillary is not a friend of Israel. On her team are: J Street favorite Tim Kaine, who boycotted Binyamin Netanyahu’s speech to Congress; Huma Abedin; Madeline Albright; Sidney Blumenthal, etc. Furthermore, Trump has been championing policies many Americans want: building a wall on the border, deporting illegal immigrants, increasing jobs, stopping bad trade deals, etc. He wants to conserve the U.S. and put America first in immigration matters, foreign wars, outsourcing, sovereignty, terrorism, NAFTA, NATO, etc. A border wall worked for Israel. It could work for America too.

There is nothing in Hillary’s history that would qualify her for the presidency, and much that should disqualify her. The most important job she ever held was as the Secretary of State, principally concerned with foreign affairs. Under her watch as Secretary of State, American foreign policy had one setback after another, separated by disasters. She initiated the historic catastrophe that led to enabling Iran to become a nuclear weapon capable power, and getting the ayatollahs $150 billion. She joked on television moments after hearing of Muammar Gaddafi's death: "We came, we saw, he died." The fall of Gaddafi emboldened more terrorism, and gave rise to Europe's migrant crisis.
Catastrophic migration, enemies on the move abroad, outsourced jobs, record debt, riots, scandals, sluggish growth, and terrorism demand a candidate of change. It is not about Trump per se, but that he will bring into power far more conservatives than would Hillary, and her continuation of Obama’s “you didn’t build that” neo-socialism. American elite are resented for directing more hostility towards American people concerned about terrorist attacks than to the attackers themselves. Such resentment at the elite helped the Brexit referendum in the UK. It could help the Trump vote in America. This is Hillary Clinton’s worst nightmare: Donald Trump is the last person standing.
